Advertisement: Motorsports Shooting Workshop + Passes to Race


Do you ever wonder why the photographers are able to get perfectly sharp pictures even while the cars are moving?

What happens when one is shooting through the fence? What are the things to plan for?

Join Wilson Wong as he shares his knowledge on motorsports shooting as well as tips and workarounds to capture movement in motorsports just in time for September’s F1 season and also Singapore Karting Championship

Some of the participants may even get the chance to shoot at the Singapore Karting Championship with Wilson with on the spot tips and guidance and experience the adrenalin!

Details of Workshop Theory Date: 17 August 2012 (Friday) Time: 7.45pm-10pm, Location of Class:6 Harper Road #06-08 (Tai Seng MRT Station) or NTU Alumni Club (Buona Vista MRT Station). The location will depend on number of people attending.

Details of Workshop Practical Date: 19 August 2012 (Sunday) Time: TBC during Theory Workshop Location: F1 Pit Building *Participants will be given Official Photography Passes for the shoot.

About Wilson Wong

Wilson Wong is a trainer with the People’s Association and has helped to set up photography clubs both online and for the various community centres and clubs.

His works were featured in books, calendars and exhibitions as recently as one of the featured X-photographers for Fujifilm.. Some of his works are also being chosen as Nikon Club Editor’s Choice.

He is also the News manager for Singapore’s Premiere online Car Magazine, Oneshift.com.
